Jose Palazon, CTO & Co-Founder

Jose Palazon is a veteran technology leader with over 25 years of experience, including more than 10 years in C-suite positions across multiple industries. As the former CTO at Telefonica, he led a 400+ engineering team, driving digital transformation across one of Europe’s largest telecommunications companies. His cybersecurity expertise has led him to present at the world’s most prestigious security conferences including DEF CON, BlackHat, and Shmoocon. 

As an accomplished published author of a textbook on secure programming, he brings a rigorous engineering mindset to AI implementation. His technical depth spans cybersecurity, machine learning, big data, and enterprise architecture, with a particular focus on how these technologies can be integrated into existing workflows rather than disrupting them. 

Su Cizem, AI Governance Analyst

CeSIA

Su is an AI Governance Analyst at the French Center for AI Safety (CeSIA), where she focuses on international cooperation and regulatory policy for advanced AI systems. Her recent work includes contributing to the EU General-Purpose AI Code of Practice and coordinating multilateral initiatives such as the Paris AI Safety Symposium. Su holds an MSc in AI and Ethics from Northeastern University London and a BA in Philosophy from UCLA, specializing in the philosophy of mind and synthetic consciousness. She has worked on Track II dialogues on AI and biosecurity risks, and her research spans democratic accountability, systemic risk mitigation, and global coordination on AI safety.
