Practical and Responsible AI Tools to Enhance Productivity

This AI Training Workshop is a hands-on, practical session designed to equip professionals with the confidence and skills to use artificial intelligence effectively, responsibly, and productively in their day-to-day work.

Hosted and delivered by UKAI member Natalia Chronowiat, this interactive workshop moves beyond theory and hype. It focuses on real-world application showing participants how to use AI tools in ways that are safe, ethical, and aligned with organisational values.

What the workshop will cover

Participants will explore:

  • Responsible use of AI – understanding risks, governance considerations, data protection, and ethical boundaries
  • Prompt design and optimisation – how to write clear, structured prompts that generate high-quality outputs
  • Practical business use cases – applying AI across communications, research, strategy, operations, and productivity
  • AI as a productivity multiplier – using AI to enhance (not replace) professional judgement
  • Avoiding common pitfalls – managing bias, hallucinations, confidentiality, and overreliance

The session includes live demonstrations, guided exercises, and practical examples tailored to real business scenarios. Participants will leave with immediately usable techniques and a clearer understanding of how to integrate AI into their workflows responsibly.

No technical background is required.
