UKAI’s Responsible AI Working Group will convene an invite-only practical workshop to begin building a Responsible AI Use Case Library and related accountability matrix for small and medium-sized enterprises.
This in-person working session will move beyond discussion and focus on developing a first working prototype of a practical resource for UKAI members and the wider SME community. Participants will work through real-world, SME-relevant AI use cases, stress test a proposed template, and identify the recurring risks, controls, responsibilities and evidence needs that organisations should consider when adopting AI responsibly.
The workshop will bring together members of the Responsible AI Working Group and selected contributors with practical examples to share. The aim is to create an initial library structure, draft use case entries, and agree a contribution and review process so the resource can continue to grow over time.
The session will be run as a hands-on build sprint, with participants contributing directly to the development of a living resource designed to support accessible, responsible and practical AI adoption across UK SMEs.
Please note: This is a strictly invite-only roundtable. While expressions of interest may be submitted, all registrations are subject to review, and attendance will be confirmed at UKAI’s discretion to ensure a balanced and high-value discussion among participants.
