UKHLSI is delighted to be hosting NHS Shared Business Services £900m Healthcare AI Solutions Framework Submissions Webinar, ahead of the final extended submission deadline.

This webinar will bring together representatives from UKHLSI and NHS Shared Business Services to provide information, advice and guidance for organisations preparing submissions for any or all of Lots 1 to 8 of the Healthcare AI Solutions Framework.

The session will provide a practical overview of the framework, which is intended to support the efficient, legally compliant and scalable procurement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across the NHS and the wider public sector. Discussion will focus on the purpose of the framework, the £900m opportunity, the procurement timetable, the eight Lots, the submission process, and key considerations for suppliers preparing their ITT responses.

Invited speakers include Joanne Bekis, Chief Executive, UKHLSI; Paddy Howlin, Procurement Solutions Director, NHS Shared Business Services; and James Gee, Head of Category – Digital & IT, NHS Shared Business Services.

The session will include an overview of the Healthcare AI Solutions Framework, a walkthrough of the eight Lots, an update from NHS Shared Business Services on the procurement process, and a moderated Q&A led by Joanne Bekis and Tim Flagg.

The webinar will help suppliers understand how to approach the framework through SAP Ariba, what bidders should be aware of following the ITT launch, how to identify the most appropriate Lot for their offer, and how collaboration between suppliers, innovators and health system partners can support stronger, higher quality submissions.
